The girls at Hitchin have been absolutely fantastic. We got our first ever puppy around 6 months ago now and heard from a friend about their Puppy hour. We decided to go along and are so glad we did! Willow had great fun meeting new friends and we got lots of valuable advice about teething, chewing, training, food and anything else we could think of. Molly has been particularly patient with us and has always made time to speak to us and to answer the hundreds of questions that we have had. All the girls are knowledgeable and genuinely want to help. Couldn't recommend this shop anymore! Fantastic customer service and really friendly staff.

Hello,

Pets Corner in Hitchin is different to anywhere else I have been, there is so much choice! Brands of Dog food I have never seen before! The Assistant was very helpful and took time to explain things I wasn’t aware of in certain brands, mainly the ones I am currently buying. I will now be looking at dog food in a different light!!

Nice pet supplies shop plus some live animals (rodents/fish). Seem knowledgeable and concerned about their animals' welfare. Bought lots of tropical fish from here with no problems.

We visited Pets Corner twice before we got our puppy. The staff were very friendly and informative, mentioning the puppy hour and inviting us to go along. They have helped us with choosing the right collar, lead and fitted the harness and ID tag. Our puppy Lola has grown in confidence and benefitted from the socialisation. The staff are always on hand to offer helpful advice and are very welcoming enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
