Wow - what can I say? Lorna IS the bomb! She knows her animals and has most of them as personal pets at home also! Real 100% genuine animal lover doing what she loves as a job, which is why her shop is the only pet shop I have or could ever recommend. She looks after our little African Pygmy Albino Hedgehog (Bella) and our little Beard (Mork) also precious she looked after Monday before she passed recently. We come back from holiday with no stress as we know out pets have been looked after and won't be stressed out. If you have a care question - ask Lorna as she will know.

Staff are helpful. Shop is layed out well. Easy to locate what your looking for. Lots of parking, wheelchair acceding. You can take in pets they have water and treats.

Good range of dog and cat accessories, some exotic and small animal, prices are a bit high but it's a convenient place. Staff should not be relied upon for in depth knowledge, make sure to gain advice on preventative treatment or nutrition from vet.
