Pets at home is almost always a winner. This is certainly one of the best I've been to. The staff are really knowledgable and friendly. Had a few hamsters over the years and they always have really lovely temperaments. Love the adoption centre. I also really like the new Gerbil habitats. All the animals always seem happy with no signs of stress.

Had our Springer spaniel groomed here today was the best ever groom he has had ,our first visit and not our last ,whole experience was great and the groomers lovely thank you for making seven look so good

GROOM ROOM REVIEW ONLY. We took our Border Terrier to be hand stripped at the groom room. We had been there back in March previously, and had booked him in June as his fur grows back quite quickly. After 3 hours I picked him up and noticed that he didn't look much different, after paying £50! We called them up and expressed our concerns, only to be told that in their professional opinion he wasn't ready to be hand stripped!!!!! And yet they took the £50 off me quite happily! No refund or discount was offered. They told me that as I had only had my dog hand stripped 3 months prior to this appointment it was too early. I am unsure why they didn't tell me this on booking him in, or when I got to the appointment and he was looked at. On speaking to another professional hand stripper, they have informed me that all border terriers are different and there is no time frame on when they need to be groomed. Needless to say I will not be going back and have since found someone much more reliable!

Great place, friendly and knowledgeable staff,and a very competitive vet practice in store, a combination that's hard to beat.

Drive to the shop after been told over the phone they have a specific item to be told they don’t stock them! Upon speaking to the manager who said he had no idea who the person could be as didn’t even know anyone answers the phone!!! Stay away from this shop!
