We book our dog in for a groom for every 2 months, on the day of the 3rd grooming appointment nobody turned up so I checked their Facebook page which was deleted... I called up head office and they said the groomer has quit and there is nobody in his place. My dogs hair is now too long and overdue a cut and I’m struggling to find a reputable groomers who have appointments within the coming weeks Terrible customer service, everybody with appointments should have been notified immediately I can’t imagine how many many other people are now in my position because of this companies lack of organisation... There is no excuse.
