Absolutely abysmal service. Wait at the till for 15 mins while there's plenty of staff swanning around doing nothing.

First time took my dog for a groom. Wanted her shaving. Said would be one and a half hours. Took three hours! Had to ring to check everything was ok. Picked her up and paid. Poor dog was trembling. When got home she was a bag of nerves and not done a very good job. They'd shaved her coat but left her tail all bushy! She looked like basil brush! Tried to trim myself with scissors but poor dog was terrified (did it next day) also left stray random bits to one ear, back of head and back of one leg! Also has a bald patch on her chest! Staff were lovely though thats why I've give couple of stars but I certainly would never take her back she wasn't herself at all the experience but she's been fine when she's been to other groomers! Wish she could tell me what happened. Staff said she was great and lovely temperament so haven't a clue.

Staff are ok, but like all pet shops they sell cages too small for hamsters, hamsters are required really big cages to try and recreate natural habitat of how far they would travel and most of the hamster cages are way too small. The reason why they make them small is becuase if thry were big no one with kids would want to but them becuass they require big space but its all money and not really looking out for the animals welfare.
 I bought my hamster with a cage that was supposed to be for syrian hamsters however my hamster seemed bored and wouldnt do much, then i bough a huge barney cage from amazon and my hamster completely changed he didnt bite bars of cage no more and was very active. 
Also staff say they need bowls to put food in however scatter feed is much better as it allows the animals to forage for the food and keeps them active instead of putting it in a bowl and giving it to the hamster.
