"},{"text":"To whom it may concern. I have visited Mothercare in Prescot for over two years now. I have met a lovely lady at your store by the name of Selina. She had on every visit to the store served me and my wife and kids with the upmost courteous professional manner. In today’s day and age unfortunately this kind of service is hard to find. Selina is so good at her job she always approaches us and always remembers and asks about what we mentioned during the last visit about health and just how we are, if the kids ain’t with us she will always ask about them first. This lady is a absolute asset to Mothercare and I say that without any hesitation and genuinely mean that. I use to have many businesses myself unfortunately due to ill health I can’t no longer work, but when I did have these business I use to drive my staff on customer service. I strongly believe the staff make a store what it is, the Prescot store always has lovely staff and to this day I haven’t been disappointed. I always make a point of going to Selina I’ll even wait if she is seeing someone else because I know I will be treated with the upmost respect and courteous cordial manner, Selina always has a answer to any questions or a resolution to any problems and always can come up with a compromise if there is something we need. I myself or my wife or family to this day have not been disappointed with the service by Selina. Selina will also always say hello if we bump in to her outside,She is a outstanding Lady and a pleasure to be served by. Prescot Mothercare have my unconditional guaranteed loyal custom with out a shadow of a doubt. I really can’t emphasise this enough Selina is a absolute asset to this store and Mothercare in general. Thank You very much Selina look forward to shopping and being served by Selina in the future. A massive massive thank you. Cant wait to go back & buy!"},{"text":"Just want to say a massive thank you to the staff that where there on Sunday 10th February 2019.. I went in there for a dress for my born sleeping niece... The girls where fantastic they helped me pick out the perfect dress for her and helped with trying to find tiny tights for her and a little baby grow... We didn't know the sex before she was born sleeping so it wasn't important to me that she had to have something pink and beautiful just like she is... I can't thank the staff enough for their understanding and their kindness though the entire time I was in store... Thank you again it really meant a lot to myself and my partner who I was with at the time..
