This pet shop has all the things you will need for your little buddy back at home, from toys to beds they have everything! I went with my mum and nephew and he lived looking at all of the fish! And we met a few pups as well.
Had everything I needed. Staff have lots of knowledge about items you want to purchase. Friendly staff. Got good discount using my Pets at Home app. Can't fault.
Didnt have the dod food in stock that my dog eats,had to buy the make in medium breed instead. Wasn't able to order any either so was disappointing
Friendly staff took care of my shiba inu. Very careful and considerate. Happy and smiling which is a positive.
Couldn't find any staff on shop floor to ask for assistance.The one guy serving on the till obviously didnt want to be there Zero effort with customer service AVOID pets corner down at pughs garden centre were amazing
The staff are wonderful and always helpful here. I've dropped a star only because sometimes they are understaffed, but they do try their best.
I got to the shop there was 1 person asking to get a gold fish the girl that works there said how many fish do u have in ur tank she said 1 she said I can't sell u one u have 1 aready I could not beleave the fuss she had now it was my turn I said I need 4 s again she asked me same I said a few she said no to me I've got 2 fish tanks and a 18 foot pond I've looked after fish since I was a boy ..so the shop was down 2 sales then a guy asked for fish well u know what I'm going to say she said no to him I had to remove myself from ur shop she putt me in a hell of a mood I'm a 57 year old bloke not a child .when I was driving back I really felt like going back and asking for a manager.. How can u run a shop like this you must be loosing a lot of profits .for god sake it's a gold fish not a shark it needs looking at .Mr nutt
Very friendly and helpful, sadly one customer brought in an extremely nervous dog who proceeded to per and poop everywhere. It was cleaned up quickly but the smell obviously lingered. So I really think owners need to be more responsible and not take extremely nervous dogs shopping.
Recently bought two 8 week old bunnies. Staff were so so helpful. Helped me buy all the relevant thing for them and even helped me to the car with it all. Two happy children.
Helpful staff ,solved the needed treatment for my cats .
