Me and my dog love a browse around, the staff are extremely helpful, polite,friendly and welcoming.
I love that they are good listeners, they have a keen interest and not just their for the wage.... they know their stuff.!!

The staff can be lovely and helpful, but would definitely recommend steering clear of buying any live animals from there. Poor health, and less than acceptable living conditions/care.

Sadly one of our two guinea pigs passed away this week. We phoned the store to see if they had any females in stock which they did. When we explained that we would be introducing the new guinea pig to one already at home they explained the detail the process and were very helpful.

Use pets at home for fat balls for the birds in the garden as best price around for a tub of 50.  Also occasionally get locusts for my bearded dragon.  Friendly staff but the car park in llanishen can be quite a nightmare to get out of at busy times of the day.

I bit small but it does the job. Also you could have better variety in the small animal section. Saying this the hay is bad quality and much prefer going to b&m bargains or your local horse supplier. My dog loves the bones especially the tracheas.
