Can not thank vet Michela Clerici at pets at home Vets enough. Such a wonderful young woman, full of laughter & helped my boy millow so much, so friendly to myself, partner & young daughter. Love having her as my vet, wouldn’t want any one else to take care of my boy. Diagnosed his illness & so quick to communicate with me. Explained everything in detail so I knew what to do & made my family and I so at ease!!nDeserves a pay rise!!
I honestly can not thank the staff enough with the vets here ..my dog shadow been into day and he was given so much fuss and care they was amazing with him ...I will never go anywhere else now ..these vets got customers for life
This is a big one so be prepared to read.nnTL:DR : Overcharged, Didnt follow their own policy and wounded our dog.nnWe have a small dog,18 months old that we used to take to the caerphilly groom room. Staff in Caerphilly was lovely and extremely accommodating. Anyway when it closed we started going to blackwood. And here is where everything goes wrong.nnWe go for a hair cut and to get her nails done. When we picked the dog up, the haircut was uneven and she was trembling. Mind you our dog is always excited to go because she loved the caerphilly staff. We check the dog and two of her nails are bleeding because of how deep they were cut. When we mentioned it to the staff they told us that they didnt cut our dog nails and we did it ourselves before we got there......nnToday we went to get hair her a hair cut. When we got to pick up the dog, they told us its 40£ instead of 20£ because our 18 month old dog has already done more than 20 hair cuts. We proceeded to show our app with all the previous visits recorded in it, that when the receptionist showed us a profile of a dog where the dates of the visits do not even match ours. Obviously they were showing someone elses profile. Then they tell us that our deposit wasnt paid and we had to pay the full price of 40£ on top of already 10£ that we had paid on deposit. So we proceeded and paid the full price again and went leave. When we were almost out the door a manager came over and told us that our deposit was paid in the end and they can refund us 10£.nnAll in all a complete and utter mess with a receptionist that could not even check the system properly to see if a deposit was paid.nnunprofessional and unapologetic for their behavior. I just wish we could get Caerphilly groom room back instead of this mess.

Brilliant service wide range of products staff extremely helpfull expecially rees who went above and beyond to help my cat be comfortable on his trip bristol,nwould definitely recommend
