Can do without your staff virtue signalling. Considering how my rescue dog was treated when she was under the care of the vets at same shop, you and your staff are in no position to lecture myself about using your useless loyalty card for rescue dogs. Perhaps try caring more for the dogs under your care. I suppose it's easier for your staff to sneer at customers than actually do the work. Won't be shopping with this establishment again. I'll use my money to continue giving directly to rescues rather than some corporate grandstanding. I'm sure this will be treated with the same disdain as my previous email and ignored completely.
I went with my son today to purchase some fish and was given excellent advice and super customer service by an assistant called Jess. It was refreshing to see that her main priority was the welfare of the fish rather than making a sale and she was lovely to talk to. We will be returning later this week.
Such a beautiful shop. I regularly like to treat myself to a nice crunchy rabbit chew on a Saturday night, after a long day at work, and this shops selection did not disappoint. Will be returning here for all my crunchy treat needs.
Without going into too much detail, I bought a hamster who turned out to have a pre-existing illness that needed antibiotics. As soon as I realised this I went back to the store and spoke to the manager John who was extremely lovely and agreed to cover the cost of consultation and treatment. I was seen by the vet the same day and was provided with antibiotics, no qualms. It is worth noting that I have had multiple pets from this particular store over the years, and this is the first time I’ve had any health issues with one. Situations like this are bound to happen at some point, and what makes all the difference is how the store dealt with it, which was spot on.
Great selection of food, toys and just about everything else for your pet. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It would be a lot better if the staff would like to stop following you round they think everyone is shop lifting goods

Didnt find the exact dog food i wanted had to get another flavour, but staff were really lovely and helpful.
