Been into store today to buy a fish .got told a load of rubbish about fish I've kept for 15 years .clearly just wanted to shut the shop .shop didn't shut until 4 pm .started pulling shutters down 15.50 ..staff even turned the lights out on the tank when we where looking at the fish .poor customer service from tall male member of staff .wont buy anything else now from this store .we put the fish food back on the shelf and went to Tesco

All on one level, small car park outside and not a bad layout inside if your in a wheel chair

Refused to sell me fish for an established aquarium.... Won't ever buy anything from them again

I was refused a goldfish By Naomi the manager, she called me a liar in front of staff and customers and also insulted me on the way out. Complaint has been filed and ill never shop here again.
