Having lost my two dogs within fourteen weeks of each other in 2017 I decided to adopt from Dogs Trust. Having moved house Pets @ Home, Daventry was my closest store. I found all the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. In particular I would like to mention Rachel and Sam, who went the extra mile to help me select the appropriate harness, crates etc and gave sound and welcome advice on the most appropriate food, for a 20 month old EBT/ Staffie cross, even making arrangements for Sid's first visit to the store to be fun and safe. Sid had been in kennels most of his young life. They encouraged him into the store and then made a fuss of him, to help him overcome his anxiety and relax him. Great store, great staff.

Great staff and great atmosphere. Damien was amazing and brilliant customer service from him. The vets are always so helpful aswell

Lovely store with incredible friendly helpful vets4pets upstairs which I recommend everyone to go to Disabled access and lift for access to the vets

The staff are what make this place. Always so friendly and helpful. The stock seems to fluctuate, especially padded dog beds which my Bulldog goes through every couple of months. Always space to park close by. Prices are always good too.

Went in to buy gold fish and they wouldn't sell me one I am a 46 year old and know how to keep fish so why has fish for sale in your shop staff are ver rude want go back ever again
