Brilliant service. Fab bike selection. Really good workshop. I’m about the least knowledgeable customer possible, and pretty low budget, but they’re fabulously patient, explain things really well, and make sure you get the right bike for your requirements and know as much about it as you want to. Never make you feel like an idiot for not being “a cyclist”. Coffee shop excellent too! Really good cake, good by any standards coffee.

Just picked up my new bike from Leisure Lakes Daventry. I am a older cyclist returning to cycling after a break. All the staff were superb, friendly and very knowledgeable. They made me feel that I was a valued customer when indeed this is the first purchase I have made with them (but not the last). This is a very popular store and if like me you need lots of assistance through the whole process then pick your days/times to visit and the staff are more than happy to spend time answering all your questions.

I recently had a problem with my trek bike and a possible crack in the frame. as I purchased the bike from Leisure lakes I returned it and they handled the warranty claim with trek for me. they were fantastic in keeping me up to date with the progress and sorting out a replacement frame, duo trap and bottom bracket. The level of customer service I received was first class and would always look to use them in the future.
