Today my daughter and I went to the shop. The manager Jake has been so welcoming and helpful the last few times we’ve been in. Last time he built a good rapport with my daughter, to the extent we were able to get good passport photo. Today he went above and beyond, helping when we had a potty training emergency! Although not related to purchasing anything, it said a lot about the customer service and I was so grateful. Thanks Jake!

Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Came in needed advice and help on baby passport photos. Lovely staff gave us all the information we needed and got our photos ready right away. Great prices too. Will be coming back to get other prints done soon.

I was the first customer of the day for the staff member only one in the shop, and I’m disappointed to say how miserable she was. Like getting blood out of a stone. Said the bare minimum and struggled to make eye contact. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming! Service provided was shocking. I’ve been here a few times before and the staff were more helpful, however I have always got the impression that customers are a burden and unwanted. Shame because it’s a very handy shop to have in town.
Extremely helpful lady, good overall. Lots of help given. We will be using this shop again.
Passport photos taken in this shop were rejected by the passport office. We had already questioned the photos while In the shop as they were dark and had shadows. We were told quite firmly that they were fine. Unfortunately I now need to go back to have more photographs taken for my children.
Very convenient photo processing centre for instant results in a varied selection of sizes, printed on goods and photography services on site.
