The staff at this particular store are always very helpful and friendly. Even sorted an issue I had been trying to deal with for nearly 6 weeks caused by the Glasgow Parkhead store who would not answer any phone calls or emails. Would highly recommend this store.

Great large store thats stocks items for almost all animals. also runs kids workshops during holidays to teach them about care and health of animals. There is also a notice board for paying general information about clubs and other animal services liked dog walking but also doubles up as a list and found board for missing parts as well. There is an adoption place as well where they have taken in animals that the owners can no longer keep and give them a second chance to find a home. Great store and great staff.

I am in this store a lot as my vets is in store. The staff are so friendly and helpful and are always available to help me if I need advice.  It's lovely to see a smile on their faces every time I shop
