I always use Pets at Home to buy food and goodies for my.2 dogs and a cat. The staff are really lovely and very helpful. However, a few weeks ago I decided to get a quote at their groom room for my tiny Yorkie to be groomed. I have truly never been so disgusted by the price I was quoted! I almost fell through the floor!. I don't know how they kept a straight face when quoting me. All I wanted was for her to be clipped washed and nails clipped. I have never paid more than £35 and have always been pleased with other groomers. What makes Pets at Home so special as to try and charge me £60?! When I asked why it was so expensive I was told it depended on the breed,. All I can say to that is 'rubbish' As a pensioner I most certainly will not will not be using them for either of my Yorkies. It's ludicrous to think people can afford £120 to have two little dogs clipped.
Huge range of dog food with sales offers. Helpful male staff member kindly carried heavy wildbird feed purchase to the car for me.
Friendly staff, cute animals. Things inside are pricey but they sell things you need for your pets. Also has a vets upstairs.
Staff at this shop in particular are awesome! So friendly, chatty and always willing to help.... love this place.
Nice place. It's very clean and organised nicely. My favourite thing to do is go over to the small animal cages and meet the little people while they organise their beds and run in wheels.
Took my cat for his thyroid check vet is very good and caring always a good experience when we come here 29th September 22 Brought my puppy here for her 2nd jab, as always the service was excellent, they treat our pets with respect and are always very gentle with them, very happy customer highly recommended them

They are so lovely I was so worried about my cat but the lovely vet looked after him very well. I couldn't stop crying but the staff were so sympathetic and kept me going. Barney had an infection in his jaw from his teeth but it's treatable.
Never ever have the frozen dog food my dog likes. Have given up walking in to find nothing. Jollyes round corner is much better.
Pets at home always have what I need. Prices vary but in general pretty reasonable. Great choice of products but their own line of step up and AVA are great quality. Staff are welcoming and helpful
