Excellent service. Great variety of products and very helpful and amicable staff. Whatever you need for your furry friends, you will definitely find it here. Their grooming service is constantly fully booked, so we need to book well in advance.
We got a hamster for our kids at Pets at Home today, and had such a lovely experience thanks to Imogen. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to make sure we had all the information we needed to care for our new pet. She also gave helpful suggestions on what to buy without being pushy at all. Imogen was so kind, always smiling, and really made us feel welcome. We left feeling confident and very happy—thank you for such great service!
The vet here told me to put my dog down, when she fell pregnant. After a second opinion from 2 other local vetinary practices - and 3 months, my dog has had 3 healthy puppies from a natural birth.nnI paid for an ultrasound scan, and they failed to provide the results nor attach it to my dog's medical record. When approached, they apologised and said I would need to pay for another scan if I wanted the results.nnThe icing on the cake today, was trying to purchase 6 cloud minnows, and a snail for a live Palidarium - only to be informed by the staff that I could not due to the tank not having a water filter?nnI've deregistered all my animals from their vet and registered them all at Northdale, and I've purchased my fish at a very helpful local fish store in Sompting - who have informed me of all the facts on naturally aerated aquariums.nnIf you are clueless about animals, and need basic advice - this is the place to go. For anything deeper, go and seek professionals.
I have been so impressed. The staff are so friendly and so helpful. They go the extra mile. Would recommend.
One of the worst pets at home I’ve been too. Fish tanks are always dirty and fish look sick. Never have lizard food. Staff seem to be in a world of their own. Drive out my way to go to the rustington one now.
