I tried to use one of my Pets at home vouchers. The assistant tried to scan it twice but was unable to help me even though the voucher was in date. I also boughf a grooming brush for my cat. The assistant said she would rather buy one in the pound shop. This put me off. My cat loves the brush and im glad i still bought it. Won't be going again.

-10 Stars. Waited over 20mins just to pay. No help, the staff were busy, talking to each other. I had just over £100 of supplies for our poorly dog. In the end I had to give up as no one wanted to take my money. SHOCKING. This is how you treat your VIP customers? My family will never use you again after spending 1000's in your Weymouth Store.

Some staff (Not all ) were very unhelpful when I noticed I'd been overcharged on an item and queried it. Man with beard was called over to sort, he checked the item (reluctantly). He then moodily informed me the staff must have put the item in the wrong place, so that's why my item came up a more expensive price. No apology, nothing - just stared at me like this was an acceptable reason I'm paying more for an item, that's advertised in the shop at a certain price.. very bad customer service 😬
