Brought a new tweed style coat for Bo the Beagle, item arrived the next working day! Great service and great communication, please don't believe all you read, try them for yourselves, I will most definitely be using them again. They may have had postal issues before, but they appear to be running smoothly now.

Ordered a pet bed end Jan didn’t deliver, called and they send a toy to apologies assured me bed would be there mid feb, never happened!! Chased again and said to cancel order, order cancelled over 3 weeks ago and no money back or replies to my messages or emails!!!! This is the second time and the last time I’ll ever buy from these guys. Rupert (manager) get this sorted!! You’re selling high quality products which should come with a high quality service, send me my money back please!!!!!

AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolute criminals. Bought an item in stock which they then said wasn't. Waited weeks for re-stock which never arrived and now they wont refund our money. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS CROOKS

Do not be tempted by the great offers of this company. Like everyone else the items will undoubtedly be out of stock, you will find this out when you chase your order. Then when you request a refund you will receive emails stating that they will process the refund but currently at 5 weeks and no refund seen. As the reviews state avoid this company, they will not supply the goods requested or refund you!

I ordered a water proof dog bed at the end of December. I 3 1/2 weeks later I am still awaiting delivery of it. The website says it is in stock buy I have called company numerous times to be told they are actually out of stock and should receive the any day now. I was not notified at the time that there would be a delay in delivery. They do not reply to emails and it is difficult to reach them by phone. I ordered two of these dog beds a few years ago and had no trouble. I am wondering if the company is in trouble financially. I shall persevere as they are really good dog beds but once I have my order, I will not order from this company again. I am very disappointed.
