So first they wouldnt accept my pet snake donation offering. Then my son called up to ask if they sell dogs, the lady on the phone said no why would we, so my son asked why. They then responded rudely by saying "Because your mum wouldnt work for us." So obviously as an angry mother i called back, I calmly and nicely asked for answers and then i was told "you sound like a male" then some laughing. I found this very rude i am 34 year old mother of 3 and I DONT LIKE THISSSS THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR please try and be nicer >:(

Vet is good. Reasonable costs. Store very tired

Becky who served us was the most helpful person ever nothing was too much trouble for her, although our 13wk old puppy was not in a very cooperative mood. She was very knowledgeable about the dog coats and guided us to the perfect choice. I must add that every time I have visited your store every member of your staff has been absolutely wonderful, and like Becky they all seem to love their job.
