Highly recommended! They looked after Stumpy as if he were their own. Highly professional and straightforward. Stumpy was admitted for an emergency operation and they kept me up to date the whole way. They explained everything to me as far as his medications were concerned and said they were open 24hrs if I needed anything which is a REAL bonus.
Stumpy is not out of the woods yet but with the care Vets4Pets in Rustington are giving him I know he's in good hands.

I genuinely write this review not as a grievance but as a sincere wish that the owners will take on my comments and make some constructive improvements.  I can't fault the vets I have met (Judith, Luis), I have found them incredibly professional and compassionate.  However, their 'front of house' team have left me frustrated and quite frankly angry.  I have found them uncaring, surly and incapable of demonstrating basic customer service.  As a veterinary practice, caring is of paramount importance.  We are pet owners because we love and care for our animals and so when met with indifference, arrogance and a distinct lack of caring you will only anger those of us who are in distress and simply trying to find the best care we can.  Please, either help your staff be kinder and more caring or help them find positions in jobs that don't require it.  I will be delighted to speak with the practice owners if I can be of further help to have you understand the background behind my comments.

I bought my elderly rabbit in to be put to sleep and was charged for a health check fee (even though he'd had one in August) plus the fee for euthanasia which totalled nearly £100!   My invoice also stated that his next health check was due in 6 months...astonishing.  After contacting the practice I was offered "sincere apologies" and a lengthy email explaining that these hefty charges were in fact correct...really?

Have been registered in the past and only moved to a more local branch. Had to bring my cat back as was very oddly and needed hospitalisation which the local one couldn't do. 
Staff were very attentive provided great care, and genuinely took care of our really ill cat and kept us really well informed. 
I would happily recommend this vet.

Disgusting service.

Not only was my poor little 13 year old dog given controversial pills for a itching condition that coincidentally tied in with her going rapidly downhill and ended with her being put to sleep. We were also charged £50 for pills we rejected and left at the vets because we were not comfortable using them!! Never setting foot here again...
