Really helpful staff. Had a helmet and body protector fitting and the fitter was more concerned with the best fit rather than the most expensive product. Also I was able to take my time trying each item. Definitely recommend.
A great supply of all equestrian clothing both for horse and rider. Plus all necessary equipment for riding and your equine care needs. I am delighted I have discovered this store.

Great customer service. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
I called in this morning to return a jacket and as I spoke to one member of staff I was rudely interrupted by another, who coldly informed me that a refund was not possible only an exchange or credit note, I was already aware of their terms and conditions as per the receipt. The staff member continued to tell me, coldly, there was nothing wrong with the jacket, it was one of the warmest jackets that you can get.nThe reason for me wanting to change the coat is that there wasn't any padding in the arms and as I have an auto immune disease and a disability I thought I would be better off with a more padded jacket and I had explained that to the staff member.nQuite frankly Im crying as I write this, due to my illness I don't venture out on my own very often and the bad attitudes and unfriendly manner in which I was treated this morning beggars belief. Even when I asked if they could order a size of a different jacket I was told a resounding 'no' and again met with blank stares and an unsmiling face.nWhen another customer got served they were treated with sweetness and light.nI'm left baffled and confused by the rude manner I was dealt with by two members of staff, was I being judged on my accent or disability, because that's how it feels.
