My french bulldog eve is treated by the vets here.nThey are absolutely great, explain everything in easy terms, really care for pets they have lots of services and plans including a watsap group you can ask for advice on. Plus if your dog presents a problem that requires specialist input they have access into specialists.nVery caring and competent.
The store itself is great, and the vet along with one of the receptionists were both very friendly and professional.nnHowever, unfortunately, I had a really unpleasant experience with another receptionist during my visit on 10/11/25 at 10:30am, when I brought my puppy in for his second vaccinations.nnThe lady at the vet desk was extremely unfriendly and rude, which made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. It’s a real shame, as everyone else was lovely, but that experience has defintiely put me off returning. I only ever leave good reviews as I'm not one for writing bad reviews but it bothered me so much I feel compelled to.
Pets at Home care centre with ample accessibility and free car parking, Located next to a popular dog walking spot along the Oak Beck. Great to wander around the in-store Pet Village, do some shopping in-store, click and collect and/or visiting the local family owned Vets4Pets.
Great selection of treats, toys and accessories for my dog! Staff are always happy and friendly in here. The parking is great and the vets inside are good too!
Not too impressed with this shop. You drive all the way over to find they don't have what you want. You order it, and it comes broken and not offered a replacement.
