Walked up with the kids to get pet food but we couldn't go in as we had the kids bikes but forgot the chain for them the staff wouldn't let us park the bikes one for a 6 year old the other for a 2 year old just inside the Shop staff were not helpful or friendly at all their customer service skills need reviewing

Bought 5 guppies on monday 11th july over period of 3 days lost 3 fish. Rang store to explain got asked to bring water out of tank to test. Took through to store same night said water was fine nitrate abit low but over all was great asked for refund got told without receipt no proved purches with online banking but said would replace fish when nitrate picked up. wouldnt go back to this place for fish again!

Needs a bigger aquarium section with more range of fish in my opinion.

Purchased fish have wiped out my tank with bacterial disease. Would not but again from pets at home
