Visited for first time with our granddaughter who loved the play area. Fantastic place to visit with lovely farm shop, nursery and cafe. Beautiful garden zones which are well maintained. Returned with elderly parents who managed the walk round and enjoyed all of the plants, fish and appreciated all the seating areas. Food in cafe delicious and very reasonable in price. Staff all friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit 🌻🌾🏵🌹🌸 See you soon 😁

Great location for afternoon out, play area, garden centre and water gardens. Shop has a fantastic variety of foods and a rustic feel. Would benefit from a ramp into fish room rather than steps.

The water gardens themselves are absolutely amazing. My daughter and I had a lovely time walking around them. The staff in the aquatic section were friendly and helpful. The only reason I have given the centre three stars was the quality of the food in the cafe. It was a Sunday when we visited, so we decided to have our Sunday lunch there. The cafe was very busy when we got there, with staff bustling around here and there. There was no signage to say where to order food or if it was table service, so I ended up hanging around for ten minutes before I managed to ask a member of staff where I should order. This sorted, my daughter and I found a table outside and waited for our meal. We waited ten minutes for our drinks to arrive and another ten to fifteen minutes for the food. I don't mind a wait for food if the quality is good when it does arrive. However both myself and my daughter were very disappointed. The portion sizes were very big and I couldn't fault them on that but unfortunately the food was cold, the meat was fatty, the carrots had not been peeled properly leaving unappetizing black marks on them. The roast potatoes had the consistency of a sponge and what should have been the crowning glory, the enormous Yorkshire pudding, turned out to be like a giant crisp! The only delicious thing about the whole meal was the gravy. It had all obviously been heated up in a microwave and it was not a meal I would recommend to anyone. The time we spent there, twice the staff brought us orders that weren't ours, one couple walked out because of the long delay in being served, the chef at one point came out of the kitchen to gripe at one of the staff and we overheard the staff saying someone had up and left without paying. All in all, the whole place just felt a bit chaotic and unorganized. Quite a bit of a let down after our relaxing meander through some lovely gardens.

We often meet up with friends here. It's only a small garden centre but it has an excellent aquarist shop. There is a nice cafe with a small but nice selection of meals. They have recently added a small farm shop and I hope they enlarge this. Plenty of parking and the staff are friendly
