After travelling to five stores to buy a filter and each store having zero stock I located Pond Planet online, placed an order late afternoon and received it by 9.30am the following morning, superb service I will order again now that I have found a reliable source!

The floating planters sold by planet pond are excellent for frogs in winter. I make safety covers for ponds and see these in many different ponds. It must be that they are insulated and provide a damp sheltered spot. 
Great for ponds without marginal shelves.

Bought a tank ornament at a good price and received it 2 days later. Brilliant.

Ordered a Fluval Roma 240 kit, was updated with delivery info throughout and it arrived bang on time.
The heater that came with it developed a fault after a couple of months, one quick call and the faulty heater was sent back and they replaced it with an upgraded model as an apology, even though the faulty product was not their fault.
Top service and very happy dealing with Pond Planet.
