Nice place but they don't have a bigger packs of food for cats and dogs what surprised me a lot. Otherwise tidy place with healthy looking animals. It would be nice to see if the rabbits and others can eat some fresh veggies as well

I have been told every day since 27th March that the live food was coming in. 'The supplier has assured us it will definitely be today' 'they are on their way' 'they have told us they are using their own van to make sure we get it today' . If they had informed me from the beginning that they were not getting them, I could have sourced them elsewhere before everyone ran out at the bank holiday. There is no concern for the animals. Today I was told that they didn't chase them up since the morning as they were assured it was coming today. Common sense would dictate that when you are told the same thing for 9 days and it hasn't turned up by the afternoon you would call them before they close but no. I was told 'today is not over yet' when I rung for the 3rd time today at 7pm.
If this is in fact a supply issue, they need to sort it out asap. The staff there are nice and apologise and I understand it is not their fault but the managers should be more proactive and get the head Office to chase up the supplier directly and get something done.

They overcharge for most things. Even their own website are cheap. In store my dogs food is £32.99 for 7.5kg on their website same food £39.99 15kg. Store does not sell 15kg bags. For things other than good amazon is MUCH cheaper. They are a rip off!

Large shop, well stocked and laid out with helpful and knowledgeable staff.  My dog loves coming here even though a lot of the time we are visiting Companion Care, the onsite vets. Plenty of parking, but be patient getting out if you are visiting at the weekend, it can take a while to get out as the traffic lights are quite brief.

Friendly staff. Big store with lots of variety of items and animals. Groom Room and instore vet surgery. Plenty of parking but usually very busy and difficult to get out of due to traffic light timings on Purley Way A23 main road. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Restrooms at McDonald's alongside the store. Good prices and excellent range of food, bedding, toys for small pets, cats, dogs, fish, reptiles and horses. Knowledgeable staff.
