I took my gorgeous little cat Taco in for dental surgery last week followed by a check-up a few days later. The service there is second to none. The reception area is clean and inviting great revamp and the receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. The exceptional vet Obi and fab nurse Katie carried out the procedure and took superb care of my baby as did the rest of the team out back post-surgery. I would highly recommend taking your pets here - they are treated as if they are one of their own. Thank you all at Croydon Companion Care for being so FAB-U-LOUS!
One of the best practices I’ve ever been to with my pet! Fabulous customer service from all the team, vets, nurses, receptionist and all staff. They took amazing care of my little one when she was there for the day. I could honestly say that this practice is one of the most outstanding practices I’ve been to! The staff were just amazing and they way the just handled everything and meet the needs of my pet was top tier! Thank you so much for the hard work you do for our pets!
Not a place I'd visit again. In my opinion, they're more interested in pushing products rather than providing the necessary care. The prescribed products by the vet are in some cases sold at much higher than the market price. I was prescribed one product at a cost of £24 when it was available elsewhere for £11. My total bill came to approx £190 for a cat that simply had fleas. My advice would be to find a vet who isn't simply driven by commercial gain.
The staff there from the front desk staff to the vets and nurses are all very professional and courteous and definitely have our pets best interests at heart. The new seating area is much better and houses more seating options than the old set up. The reception area It’s now bright and airy and more inviting. Have already recommended others to Companion Care Croydon.
The vet I had was amazing with my cat and gave us lots and lots of advice about moving with him. Not only covering advice to make his trip easier but also things we can do beforehand and ways to put him into the carrier easier. My appointment was rescheduled to be earlier as the vet wasn't feeling well. But I didn't mind as the vet's love for her job and customer service skills shone through despite feeling unwell.
All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Also very informative and offer all options. But most importantly to me they show an interest in Milo my dog at every level and make him comfortable I wouldn't want to take him anywhere else!!
Brilliant vets. Make sure you build a connection with the vet you like for your pet. It makes a huge difference to their health and visits. The care plan, the long term history of your pet, is always better when dealing with 1 person, not different people everytime
Dollie enjoyed another visit and nail clip today at Companion care Croydon, she is such a nervous dog and can sometimes be a little snappy, but is always happy to see Hannah and feels safe and content with her
Such a friendly, engaging team! Always so lovely and smiley and chatty when I have been, explains everything thoroughly. Brilliant service from all the team there!
One star too many in my opinion. This is the worst vet I've ever been to ever and I've had cats since I was 5 years old and even lived abroad with pets too. I'd heard rumours about this vet being bad but gave them a go as they're linked to pets at home and had a good offer on for vaccinations, microchipping, flea and worming at the time £95. However after dealing with them I wish I'd gone to the Croydon vet as initially planned who actually have a similar offer which worked out better and more affordable too. Companion care staff misdiagnose pets and there are so many inconsistencies between veterinary staff members when it comes to the treatment which I could understand if they were from different surgeries, but when they're from the same it makes no sense. Reception staff consistently give inaccurate information regarding vet instructions, even telling you to come into the surgery to collect a flea and worming, then telling you they can't give it to you once you arrive as the vet hasn't released it, wasting customers time travelling into surgery. You're better off going to the Croydon vet as their service is amazing, and as stated before, they have a better offer for flea, worming, microchipping, vaccinations, and even four weeks free insurance by signing up to their VIP programme £15 pcm. Flea and worming treatments are given to you each month, you get money off treatments, free health check with the nurse if you have a puppy or kitten until they're 6 months, and a free toy too. Croydon isn't the only branch they have either -- they're spread around a lot of London and Kent under the DNA VetCare Group. If you're receiving benefits and are entitled to low cost care, I recommend Celia Hammond as they always treated me and my pets well while I was entitled to treatment with them.
