Not only are the staff extremely unfriendly, but the states in which some animals - namely birds, guinea pigs and rabbits - are kept in is horrific. Hygeine doesn't seem to be top of their list, and the staff don't seem to be able to cater for the animals' needs in the way they should be.

It seems that the prices really do reflect the quality here. Where else would you be able to pay £5 for a fully grown male guinea pig that eats, sleeps in, and drinks from it's on faecal matter.

I won't be going there again.
