Great service, staff very knowledgeable and friendly.
Served by a lad called Selt, excellent service. He was very knowledgeable about the products we were looking at for our puppy. He spent a lot of time discussing things with us, we didn't feel rushed or pushed and he even gave us some puppy training tips that he found useful when training his own dogs. Overall all, excellent service and a credit to the company. We will be back, very impressed, thank you.

Superb service. Bought 2 gerbils and all the accessories. Guy that served us was great. Very helpful and never felt rushed. My son is over the moon with his new pets. It was worth driving the extra miles for such good service.
Some staff helpful and friendly apart from one, the older lady with short grey hair, very rude and I was confused I had to pick up my own receipt? Instead of it being handed to me. She also didn't know where stock was when asking for a product, just pointed in any direction, had to ask another member of staff again and this time they took me to the product which is obviously more helpful.
Pleasant staff, seem to really care about my cats.
This is a terrible shop there’s constantly queues lack of staff on both the tills and on the shopfloor. I’m a very busy day be funny about looking for peoples membership card numbers rather than looking to get people served more so when you’re standing with big heavy sacks of dog food cat litter reptile sand etc. There’s been a very big law amount of stock in a own animal foods which isn’t good for people using their own brands for Guinea pigs and rabbits the constant change in the food is terrible and even worse you can’t get through on the phone. The cramlington store is the worst store out of all the pets at home.
Great selection of pet products at reasonable prices. Get a VIP card and you get money off vouchers each month too, and you are helping local pet charities. Lovely staff who are knowledgeable and friendly.
