I brought some fish tank stuff at this shop and I was having a hard time to find out how much gravel I needed all I did was ask and it was great I would say the staff are better than the store is and that's saying something. As normally you find that you go in to a amazing store to find out no staff will help you out and have no smiles on their face's.

I have two dogs, both small breeds but of very different ages and needs. This shop allows me to easily purchase for both without issue. The range of foods is extensive, including harder to find and high end brands. Dogs are allowed inside as well, with good boy treats readily available at the register. I'm always greeted and helped in good time, plus the staff generally seems knowledgeable. Children may enjoy exploring the many various live pet enclosures such as bunnies, lizards, fish, hamsters and rats.

Always great staff and most on first name basis.  Dawn is my fav at the vets, nice natured and soooooooo good looking too! :)

fabalous store to visit. The staff are helpful here and are prepared to answer anything and find anything if you can’t locate it.  They are willing to carry the heavy stuff to the car without complaint and I  favour this store over Aylesford, which is my closest PAH, as the staff seem miserable, unhelpful and unfriendly there so will travel a little bit to get the service. 

This store seems to have more stock also compared, to other sores FIRST CLASS Chatham PAH.
