Employee called mitchell, Had an elderly lady in front of me who wanted to buy tinned food but was priced up as a deal price, she went to the checkout and the man at the counter (mitchell) was very rude saying that "he wont do anything about the price" wouldnt honour the deal even though it was not the womans thought that the price wasnt changed on the actual display product, the woman couldnt even get a word in while speaking to this person, not happy at all with the way this woman was spoken too.

We visited Strood store today, and would like to thank Pauline for all her assistance. We bought a table with storage chairs. Pauline kindly hunted upstairs to find all the items for us. We would also like to thank the gentleman who helped take the very heavy items to the car .

Very nice new store, incredibly clean, cheap products and fantastic selection of products! The staff are helpful and the atmosphere is nice... this is a store worth checking out if you haven’t already

a great store. bright and clean with loads of bargains. the only criticism I have is there is no customer service desk for returns and exchanges. you have to go to cash desk 1.which I did yesterday only to be told they were shutting. and I had to go to a normal cash desk and wait while a supervisor was called to deal with my exchange.

Home Store with hardly any home products?! Took a 60mile round trip for “home” items yet nothing to be had there. Very poor.
