I've visited this store many times throughout the year, and it was always a nice shopping experience, not busy , good show of items, staff helpful and friendly. Worth a visit when in Strood.
Lack of staff puts pressure on people working here and don't want to serve, some are not even bothered to help at all, angry attitude and unhappy atmosphere makes this place an unwanted one for a visit. No staff on the shop floors at all waited a while in the queue too to be served by a snappy lady who did feel like checking the item that I need an extra one of in stock. Awful.nChatham's store is very opposite though staff is very smiley and happy to help, talkative and helpful. Every time I visit it's a massive difference.nGuys if you don't want to work in customer service maybe choose a different job?
Very nice new store, incredibly clean, cheap products and fantastic selection of products! The staff are helpful and the atmosphere is nice... this is a store worth checking out if you haven’t already
Even though this is our local B&M I have never walked away from this one with what I actually came in to find.nAlways get something fun or something interesting to eat from here or something extremely random but it's honestly not the best B&M. The staff that serve me are always golden tho so I can't fault their service. Just not the greatest selection. Especially not for seasonal stuff which is one of the things they're usually known for.
Great store, prices starting to rise abit. I know cost of living but some stuff u can get cheaper in asda. Good range of product throughout the store.nBe nice to see a smile on the till staff when being served, as would complete the shop. After spending so much in the store aswell.
