Pets at Home Belfast

I have been to Pets at Home several times to buy supplies for my dog. They have a wide selection of dog foods, chews, toys, etc. It is the only place I can get the additive I put in my dog's water to keep his teeth clean. There is also a good selection of things for other pets. My granddaughter was with us on Monday and she enjoyed looking at the fish and all the pet toys.

It's a great wee place. The girls are fantastic. They were so gentle with my wee Bichon when she was old. I lost my wee girl just 3 months ago and I will never get over it nor will I replace her. She was almost 14

I loved this place. We get the all pet dog related stuff , different varieties of fish, hamster, Rabbits, guine pigs and what not. I specifically went for fish and the fish care stuff. You can get the water conditioner, fish food, heaters, aquariums, gravels, aquarium plants, food and what not. I loved the place and a must visit for all animal lovers.

Staff are always very friendly and kind. On my first visit with Molly over 2 years ago, when I got to bring her home from the abstinence sanctuary, the girls on reception took this lovely photo of her, the other photo is my own. Molly is wearing a very apt sign that was given to me as a gift from family & very much describes Molly. I have found the vets to be helpful, informative and you don't feel rushed when your chatting to the vet. Molly, my wee dog never seems too concerned when we go in to visit the vet so she's clearly happy with customer service too. Mind you she usually gets a treat for being a good girl so that might have something to do with it too

DO NOT BUY FISH HERE. I purchased some fish for my fish tank and they ended up killing all of the other fish in my tank within 2 weeks from fin rot. Customer Service was awful, took 7 weeks to get a voucher, and still £20 down from total cost of fish killed and more for treatments to try and save the fish which didn't work since it was too late. Always been ok for small pets like hamsters, but extremely disappointed with the service and 20 dead fish!

Staff are always friendly. Some items are constantly sold out such as grain free dog food which is frustrating.

Staff very helpful nothing is to much for them would recommend this store for pet lovers

Never have what you need and the prices have sky rocked cat litter when they have it is 11.49 but in jollys it's 9.99
