Very friendly service from the Groom Room, Ozzy was very happy during his visit and came out looking very smart. Good value for money.

I ordered some goods online because we were very low on food. Very unhelpful and rude staff, even though I had received notification that the products had been delivered in store they said they knew nothing about them. Would not recommend.

Very disappointing, staff in the groom room very rude and unfriendly. Took my two dogs in there for a trim and everything seemed too much to ask. The cut was lovely but will not be going there again, the staff let the establishment down. Would not recommend.

friend's hamsters died within a few months of getting them, fish are crammed together in tiny tanks. dont go here.

Who the hell runs this place!? they need locking up! No one seems to know anything about ANY of the animals. They definitely have no knowledge for the fish or how to care for them I think it's disgusting!
