I wish it were possible to give 0 stars quite honestly.
I would warn strongly against buying Live feeder insects from this store. Today I picked up 2, 40g tubs of morio worms from creature comforts and when I got home to sort them over half of the worms in each pot were dead, half eaten or dying. I've NEVER had this issue with buying morio worms from any other source, even the worms I have delivered to my house never arrive with such horrific casualties. In my haste to save the remaining Morios I neglected to photograph the scene when I opened the containers. Totally appalling. I don't even want to mention the stench. I'd say overall I was left with only around 1/3 live worms, many of which I expect to die over the next day or so.

I absolutely love this place. Cheap prices, good quality products, friendly and knowledgeable staff, but what they really excel in is their animals. You can definitely tell that the staff put a lot of time and effort into socializing them, so when you bring them home, they're all ready to be perfect pets! They also seem to be very responsibly bred - an issue I've found with Pets at Home.
I've bought six happy, healthy hamsters from Creature Comforts, and fell in love with a seventh, who had a cold. I actually tried very hard to purchase it, but they refused to until he was better. I have also bought two hamsters from Pets at Home (do not EVER buy an animal there) who sold me two sick, awfully socialized hamsters without even telling me they were sick. My current hamster, from Pets at Home, has cost me £150+ in vet bills so far, is on his fourth illness (that's if you don't count the poor mental health he had when I first got him) and is continuing treatment so I'm expecting to need to pay a lot more. In other words, if you enjoy your pet being happy and healthy, get them at Creature Comforts!
Also, I definitely want to mention that when I bought my first two hamsters ever here, they made sure I knew exactly how to look after them, told me lots of little things you'd only really know if you'd owned one before, and to this day answer any queries I have about the little critters. The staff really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, including the knowledge to look after your animal well.
So yes, I cannot recommend Creature Comforts enough!
