After picking up some bits for my cat today. Zoe at the checkout was really helpful and asked if I had coupons which I completely forgot about. She went through my app and scanned the ones that applied. Thank you for your brilliant customer service and saving me some money.
My daughter came and brought a hamster and all the accessories yesterday, we didn't catch the young lady's name who helped us, she had blonde hair she was very friendly, very helpful and very patient. All in all good customer service so thank you
Made sure to check opening times for groomers but when I arrived no one was there, had to ask someone for help and then I was notified that they were all on lunch and they dont know when exactly they're coming back. If they close the groomers for lunch It should state that on their website to not inconvenience people.
Ellana was the most helpful lady I’ve ever come across in any pets at home store. She was knowledgeable, which made her trustworthy and reliable. Without her expertise, I would have bought the wrong thing. Really happy, friendly personality. Showed an interested in my dog and made our experience shopping at this store 10x better!nThank you Ellana. Keep up the good work!
Called to check stock for a dog medicine, the lady on the phone was really friendly and helpful. When I went in to get it another lady came and offered help without being asked. Both of the ladies I spoke to were great. Fair price too.
