Absolutely disgusted that groomers could have the absolute disrespect to send me a stinking, ripped and dirty jacket so obviously second hand and think I would just accept this! I have been so unhappy with Groomers for a long time for various reasons and even resorted to buying my stuff online to avoid speaking with anyone there and even not getting my discount and now this completely takes the biscuit and i will NEVER buy anything from you again. How dare you send me such a top that stunk my room out immediately. 😡 i am furious! Updated - 9th March 2018 -To think i was actually going to let bygones be bygones at Crufts and spend money with Groomers and once again the staff ( the one woman on the scissor stand ) actually took another staff member off to talk about me an more or less in front of my face is disgusting and i put something on your Facebook page about the bad experience and Groomers have now blocked me and my comments are gone!! This just shows that Groomers and its staff are not open to criticism and in fact just block or stop you from making further comments. Shambles! What an earth was i thinking when i was considering spending my money again with Groomers! In fact you did me favour!
