2nd time using jet wash and no detergent. Went to explain and was basically told tough because paid with card. Attitude of staff absolutely shocking again. Last time I use them.
Screen wash cost £3, took payment and nothing dispensed. Went into the the kiosk to ask for a refund and the process to get £3 back was a pain because I paid card, why they couldn't just do a refund from the till, wont be using Gulf again waste of time!
It's a petrol station, great shop and fast service.
The woman behind the counter is extremely rude !! She is sarcastic and extremely unprofessional!! Refuse to go back just on the experience ive had with her twice now
I use this petrol station but the pure greed of 1.50 to put air in your tyres from 50p to 1 pound then straight to 1.50 really gets my back up and now Leyland rd I refuse to pay it when it is a mear rate of 50p in Preston
