The GP's are great when you actually get to see one, but the klinik system which is designed to put people off making appointments as it is such a pain to use is always disabled way too early and phoning reception gets you nowhere, so you could kick the bucket before you ever get to see anyone. It is officially the worst performing practice in the entirety of Cornwall and it is not hard to see why. Shockingly bad.
Went in the morning and was seen by Tim, he was really thorough and made me feel at ease. All the staff at this practice, have always been really friendly and caring.
Filled out a klinic form last week to see the doctor , ended up seeing the paramedic who said I needed to take pain killers to help with my horrendous trap nerve , those pain killers haven’t worked , and I’ve now not slept for about a week because it’s that sore . I did another klinic form this morning and spoke to a doctor that rang me back , well talk about being rude to me !! Asked me what I was taking and what mg tablets have I got ..talking to me like I’m stupid ! Then asking me “how many do I think I need to take in a day “ the language barrier didn’t help trying to understand him as he wasn’t English . I got off the phone and cried because he made me feel awful ! When in actual fact I just want to get this sorted as I’m in so much pain . Awful doctors , can’t even get an appointment half the time !!
Contacted yesterday via the online form. Was called back very quickly and was seen by a doctor just after lunch. DR Swift was lovely, he quickly identified my problem and duly issued me a prescription.nI have been Registered here since 2021 and have never had any issues. Each month when I Oder my medication it’s quickly approved and sent out for delivery.nnThank you to everyone that looked after me yesterday.
Staff are amazing. Very polite and helpful. They was to busy to see my daughter but made arrangements for us at another doctors without us even asking. Better than any other doctors I have been too.
