Utterly fed up with Padstow doctors. Yet again, on the phone on hold for over an hour where its says one call ahead of you.....for an hour and a half?!?! Utter rubbish. Nobody answering the phone. All gone home and can't be bothered.
Right from having to come here to having surgery and treatment for my cancer, it only took 3 weeks and the surgery were amazing. I needed to see a doctor at one point and she was at my house within an hour. I can't fault them during this time
Typical doctor's surgery. Can never get appts when needed etc
Patient confidentiality is not practiced here receptionists want to know all of your symptoms and history before you can speak to a doctor that is against medical rules
We were holidaying in the area when our little boy got ill. A call to the practice was met with a friendly response and an appointment to visit the surgery was offered within 1.5 hours of making the call. A very thorough examination and competent diagnosis. Bearing in mind we are not locals and that the surgery must receive a lot of 'passing trade', the response we received was friendly, professional and reassuring.
RUDE RECEPTIONIST Spoke to 111 they told me to call the doctors and the receptionist hung up on me 4 times absolutely DISGUSTING.
Receptionist rude,unhelpful,definitely has a problem,practice nurse brilliant, long time to get results,lack of communcation
I had an eye infection, and was seen by the nurse at this practice. I had excellent treatment from her. Thank you.
Gps are good however receptionist is rude obtuse , we have had several issues with this lady, as has our daughter disgusting behaviour !!!!;
Very very bad service - no care or attention provided and very low level of competence by the staff. Avoid at ALL costs !
