Rating it on behalf of the kids - they love it.  Like any of these places it's usually packed but the kids don't mind, the staff keep them well supervised, tea and coffee available - or lunch/snacks - worth a visit.

The kids love it here its a great place to tire them out for a while. A bit on the pricey side but usually quite clean and loads of fun

The kids love it...I however do not love the ridiculous prices. The hot food is very good as is the coffee, the tray bakes and cakes look beautiful but have always been disappointing when actually tasted.

Well organised, built and huge yet if anything so popular at the weekend they could expand. Staff very helpful with heating kids food or milk. A table set for each group is also a great way to make sure everyone gets a seat to wait for their kids. In general very impressed compared to the one in our old home town. My little girl loves the place
