Had my tyres changed here earlier this month. Very good service, quick and efficient. Receptionist / mechanic were lovely and polite. Easy to find and lots of cafes / places to go while your are waiting. Will be back again and would definitely recommend.

worst place ,repair bumper 2 weeks !!!! if you wuold have more seriuos problem they keep the car probably for half year ,always lying about picking up car time ,terible service

This is a real and honest review. I was disappointed by the shabby way I was treated especially by the lady who I spoke to countless times on the phone and she said her name is Ishan (I'm not sure if that is the right spelling but it's pronounced that way. I booked the Silver service and she told me that incl of MOT will total £181.95 I checked my other options online and decided to go for the servicing, they picked up my car and I asked one of the 2 guys that came, if the Electronic Service History will be updated through the ConnectedDrive to show on the display board, he confirmed that it will be done. The Ishan lady called me to take payment, and she quoted £201, I asked her where the extra is coming from, she told me that she already told me that because my car is BMW, then it will cost extra, unfortunately this conversation never took place because I remember going through each of the options and if she had told me that it will cost me extra, I would have gone to BMW directly to get it done as quotes from BMW services is about £250, it's not a massive difference but principle, my decisions were made on provided information and for her not to accept her error is disappointing to say the least. They can go through our phone records and see where she mentioned it. The most annoying part was her attitude on the phone, eager to dismiss me and non apologetic despite the fact that she didn't tell me. They brought the car back and the Electronic Service History wasn't updated, I called her back and she just dismissed me on the phone that they can't do it, I said but one of the 2 guys told me they will, she replied, 'they are drivers and won't know that! How does that absolve the company of it's responsibility? They represent the company and whatever they tell customers will be taking with trust, I mean I gave my car key to pick up, that represents the trust I have towards them as a representative of the company I was dealing with. All she kept saying was 'alright' in a very condescending way and tone, as if she is talking to a child who is confused! For a company priding itself on customer services, then I want to avoid this kind of customer service going forward.

I've always found this garage has worked on my car very well, the mechanics have been polite and honest ( especially the Scottish one sorry I don't know his name).
