The staff at Fix Auto Dagenham were top class. They rubbed down, treated and resprayed the wheel arches of my pride and joy and now she looks good as new! Great work at a great price, I can see why you've won so many awards. Thanks guys!!!

DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!! Worst service I have ever experienced! I was unfortunate to have someone reverse into my car whilst stationary. The insurance company passed my vehicle to this company......... What a joke! Bumper needed fixing, and headlight needed replacing. About ten days later, the car is returned. Flat tyre, headlight not fixed, scratches on the car, white paint on my blue car, and a cap missing off the bumper. I call them and they asked for photos of all the damage. I immediately send them. I then receive a phone call stating that they will repair the car but not the scratches as the damage in the photos match those which they took when collecting the car. I ask to compare the photos which do not show the damage at all! The insurance company get involved and tell me that as a family member signed for the car and it had been NOTES their were MINOR marks, they are not responsible for the damage this company may cause whilst having my vehicle! By this time I just want my car back and I await the delivery of my car. Finally returned about another ten days later to only be told by the man dropping it off that the central locking is not working! May I add that is was fully functional on both occasions previously and now does not work. They were kind enough to have a specialist look at the electrics.......... apparently I have a fault with the electrics, and it appears as tho it's been tampered with previously! I still await an update from the insurance company as to what is going to happen but it all falls down to this garage, and their poor workmanship. Unfortunately the lowest rating you can give is one on here, google may want to consider a ZERO option!

Not clever. First estimate missed things and bill went up unexpectedly. Not efficient
