Vet told us our 15 year old cat needed 8 teeth removed at a cost of £1000 plus. We were unhappy with is diagnosis and got a second opinion. Surprise surprise no teeth needed to be removed and just a descale needed. How could vet be willing to put cat through trauma when not needed. Anyone not happy with their quotes should get second opinion .
Very abrupt and non caring vet, didnt want to listen to what I had to say about my pet just wanted to get rid of me after a 5 minute consultation and over a hundred pound later. Not satisfied with the way the vet treated me and my pet.

Looking to get care for an elderly cat in Ryde instead of having to travel each month to Newport which is seriously stressing her out. Disappointing to discover that unless you have an animal registered with them already they will only accept new pets if they are puppies/kittens.
What lovely staff.Everyone very friendly.Didnt feel rushed.The nurse took her time to reassure Cassie and put her at ease.They all made a fuss of her which Cassie loved.Thankyou.

Very poor service. I've spent over 6 months trying to register my cat for the healthy pet club with no success.
