Very helpful and caring. They have always been brilliant with the care that they have given to my German Shepherd. Also very supportive to me as well as answering any questions that I had truthfully so that I was able to make the right decisions for her.

Use to be a good vets but over the years has gone down hill. Reception staff are very poor. Takes forever to check in and even pay your bill. Disappointing.

Needed to obtain my pets' veterinary histories for the insurance company here in Australia. Even though the cats and I left the UK in 2011 Pet Doctors were able to locate the records and they were emailed to me within 10 minutes of my phone call. Thank you very much.
