I have been using CAAOS for a number of years for all my computer supplies and computer maintenance. Being a photographer I need reliable high spec equipment, and a reliable back up service. Gary, the owner, has always been there to sort my problems, even well out of hours. He is knowledgeable, friendly and approachable

It's difficult to think of a business owner more in touch with his clients' needs, and extremely reassuring to know that when computers go wrong, as they do from time to time, he is there to sort them out for me.

It's good to have somebody who knows their stuff, but talks to me in non-computer speak that I can understand. 

I noticed a poor review below, which is so far off the mark as to be laughable - I can only imagine the author had wandered into the wrong shop.

I have used this shop and it's services on a number of occasions and the young man who runs the business is always very polite, helpful and very knowledgeable.
His manner and personality is bright and personable. It is a pleasure to do business with a gentleman!

Fixed my daughter's laptop -- scary black screen turned out to be just a broken screen cable. Friendly, helpful and reasonably priced.
