Had a quick and smooth progress from the day I want to apply for a property to rent to the day I moved in. Got immediate reponse for all my queries so far. Staff explained everything what they need to. Overall a good experience so far. Thanks to all the staff for all their prompt responses and help.

One week into our tenancy we are very impressed withe efficiency, professionalism and friendly assistance provided by PPS. Information was supplied in advance of signing the various documents and all e mail enquiries, regardless of how trivial, have been promptly dealt with. So far so good.

After having some horrific experiences with letting agencies in the past it's refreshing to find an agency who not only replies to emails and phone call enquiries in good time, but also makes it quick and easy to get moved into a property. Not expecting any issues in having problems with my property resolved.
