Just had an agent on the phone threatening to have an ex-tenants wages arrested over a £75 removal fee for a washing machine, which the tenant is being denied access to the property to remove! The agent also refused to send any information pertaining to the legality of arresting ex-tenants wages. Thought you weren't a cowboy agency! Tried to bring it up on Facebook, but apparently my complaint is just spam!

rude staff ,  and unprofessional , I went to book a house viewing with and the blond lady who attended me was drinking wine  in the work place , them the booked date for the  viewing arose  she made me wait for half and hour and was raining that day, I called her many time and she didn't pick up the phone, at the end booked a viewing for the same house 3 time , the second time the same lady did not appear either and in the 3 time was a guy called Peter  who made the house viewing to me and he was rude and very ironic to me . I do not recommend  this agency to no one at least that you want to waste your time and be treated bad

Belvoir are currently handling three family-owned properties being let using their management services. We find them courteous, helpful and efficient in dealing with any queries or concerns we may have. They also carefully vet any new tenants which is very reassuring from a property owners' point of view.

Normally the service is pretty good however, if you have an issue as I have had many, don't expect it to be resolved anytime soon. i have an issue still unresolved after 7 months!

Customer service wise, when you call you do get good service over the phone, of course that is unless you get one Audrey on the line. Never spoken to someone so ignorant, rude and up her self in my life. Attitude is somewhat to be desired. A course in customer excellence wouldn't go a miss. A lot to learn that one.

Belvoir team has been very helpful right from finding us a home to settling in. It's been a great experience and I congratulate them for all the efforts they put in to make it that way for us. I will highly recommend my friends to take Belvoir's help in finding their next home.
