We moved to Clyde Property in Perth after losing confidence in another local agent. Having met with Gary, we were instantly impressed with his approach and attitude and everyone else in the team backed this up. We had been on the market for 4 months with hardly a viewing and no real guidance as to how things would improve. After making the switch to Clyde, Gary, retook our pictures with astonishing difference in quality! Along with their expert guidance on pricing and market approach, we sold within 4 weeks and this meant we were able to secure our dream home. Houses in our street don't sell very fast but Clyde Property in Perth sold ours in a matter of weeks - the viewers just kept on coming! The marketing materials produced were of extremely high quality and the staff were all very professional and helpful. Tara Sinclair also helped negotiate our purchase with another agent meaning the whole buying and selling process went super smoothly and we were in our new house within 2 months! 😀 Can't recommend them enough!

We have used Clyde to sell our property and were very impressed with their professional and friendly approach. Within four weeks our property was marketed & under offer. Staff at the George Street branch have been extremely helpful, approachable & very efficient & have been able to answer any queries we may have had. We were also very impressed with the photos taken of our property & the brochure provided. Staff were able to put us in touch with an excellent solicitor which saved us a lot of time as we both work long hours. Keep up the good work Clyde in Perth. Would highly recommend you to anyone selling their property!

The team at Clyde in Perth work as a team. They set realistic expectations on pricing and do an excellent job of presentation. Their feedback (to seller) through the sales process is top notch. We felt confident in just leaving them to get on with the job of finding a buyer. (Which they did in a very timely manner.) No need to chase. Highly recommended.
