The customer service that I received from Carly was exceptional, she went above and beyond in order to find a job for me as soon as possible. She went out of her way to prepare me for an interview and has helped me land a great job. She would regularly check in with me and was patient and lovely the whole way through - I highly recommend!
Absolute time waters. Had a lot of positive feedback during the interview but then was never contacted. Tried contacting the recruiter for an outcome or feedback several times and was just left waiting with no response. Very unprofessional

Rude customer service. They said one thing and do another. Agency is the worst I’ve come across. Spoken lots of times and they keep telling me they will contact me back but they don’t.
